Shamans’ Brand Stories help you divide your CLM presentation into a series of bite-sized stories, to empower the field sales team to select the right story, and deliver it in the intended order. ‍
How does it work? It’s easy. In the ShamanGo platform, you create multiple Brand Stories inside a CLM Presentation just by naming the story, selecting the slides and setting the right order. Sync to Veeva. Now, when your field team opens the CLM presentation on their iPads, they see an overview of stories created (you can also make suggestions) and they select one. The presentation will jump to the first slide of the brand story. Simply swipe to progress through the story. After the story is finished, the modal comes up and if there is time left, select another story to continue.

Ensure follow-up with the right email

Have you created a large variety of approved emails? Your field team might struggle to find and deliver the right email at the right time. 
Shamans’ Prepare Email helps you to assemble a list of relevant approved email fragments, easy accessible in the CLM presentation. While presenting, the field sales team can add email fragments to a basket, to send all of them in one integrated email after the call. Moreover, you can highlight relevant email fragments on specific CLM slides. 

How does it work? It’s easy. In the ShamanGo platform, you create a collection of email fragments and add it to a CLM Presentation. Additionally, you can define email tips per slide. Sync to Veeva when ready. Now, when your field team opens the CLM presentation on their iPads, they see an overview of available email fragments. They can keep adding fragments to the email basket during the call. They will also see email tips you recommended per slide. When ready, they go to the email basket to send all selected fragments in one approved email.

Now, when your field team opens the CLM presentation on their iPads, they get an alert if there is no registered email consent for the customer. Click the Shaman button to capture the email consent, without ever leaving the presentation.
CALL PREPARATION

Prepare the right message, for each call

Customer face time is short and declining. Does the field team prepare the right key messages for each customer in advance, making the most of the time they have?
Shamans’ Call Preparation helps the sales team to prepare their calls in advance, simply by preselecting slides and stories they want to convey and save them for the selected customer.

How does it work? It’s easy. You can easily enable the call preparation feature in any Detail Aid using the Shaman content platform. Sync to Veeva. Now, when your field team opens the CLM presentation on their iPads, they can open the menu and select the slides or stories they want to use. They can change the order, and select a customer to save the selection. Next time they select the customer and open the CLM presentation, the selection they previously made will start.
